For many breast form users it is very important that the breast form may be worn with a regular fashion bra rather than with a special pocketed mastectomy bra. Also, a most realistic sense of “myself” can only be accomplished with breast forms that are adhered directly to the chest wall, hence picking quickly up the body temperature. 

In order to provide both, Exsil offers unique 100% silicone adhesive patches that are reusable almost infinitely.

...adhesive patches can be removed and transferred to be used with any regular breast form.
...by removing the adhesive patches, the self adhering breast form can also be used as a regular breast form.

Please note:  Self adhering breast forms are not “self sustaining”,  thus are only suitable in conjunction with snugly fitting clothing or a fashion bra in order to provide some frontal adhesion pressure.  Check out our self sustaining version here

How do I know which size to order?

EXSIL offers you to opt between

1.)selecting  "off the shelf breast forms" or ...
2.)a "taylor made" breast form according to your personal measures.

1. Off the shelf breast forms:  This is your quick choice if you already know your desired breast form size, that is,
if you know your exact bra size to fit your breast forms in.
Just select your bra size in the drop down box "my known bra size" when ordering. Your ordered breast form will then fit very closely that particular bra size.

2. Taylor made breast forms: You are not sure about your desired breast form size and are not quite familiar with bra sizes? Don´t worry, just take a minute or two before you order and we shall build a perfectly fitting breast form for you that will meet your expectations.
How it works? In order to know your exact desired breast form size,  you need to determine the measures of  your personal "Cup size" and your personal "band size".

To do so, simply follow the instructions in "my measured cup size" in each product  This  will return  the numbers you need to check in the drop down boxes "My measured Cup size" and "My measured Band Size" upon ordering.

Important:

When ordering, please use either only the option drop down box "my personal bra size", (if you know your bra size), or both option drop down boxes "My measured Cup Size" and "My measured Band Size", (if you prefer a taylor made size).

 The tear drop shaped breast forms provide ample coverage of removed tissue after radical or modified radical mastectomy surgery, particularly by extending the lobe portion of the breast form into the axillaries region.

This model comes with one set of the self adhesive patches. However, you may order additional self adhesive patches when purchasing your breastforms here or separately  at any time.

Reusable and renewable silicone adhesive patches.

Exsil self adhesive patches are unique. they are reusable, 100% silicone adhesive patches that will adhere directly to the skin and to the breast form at the same time, thus forming a consistent, almost flesh like elastic self adhering silicone layer between the breast form and the body.

Comfortable and life like: The 1/8 inch thick silicone adhesive patches transfer your body heat quickly to the breast forms so that these warm up to "become alive" quickly. 

The silicone adhesive patches are removable, very durable and will work hundreds of times when used according to the instructions, (cleaning with soap and water after each use is mandatory).
